Meter testing is carried out by the use of a calibrated test meter. We use the latest in digital readout equipment. These meters are tested at state certified test facilities. The latest test certificates are on file and available for review upon request.

The test meter is used in the field by locating it near the existing meter to be tested. Water flow is directed through both meters and a precise analysis of the existing meter's accuracy is obtained without removal of the meter being tested. Meters are tested through a 4" portable test unit. If required larger meters are connected to a 6" unit. We carry a parts inventory that allows us to repair and calibrate most meters on the spot. A second test is performed following the repair or calibration made to a meter.
